Coaching is a collaborative partnership focused on your growth, clarity, and results. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical care. Progress depends on your commitment, honesty, and willingness to act on what emerges in our sessions.

Everything you share in a session is confidential. Information will only be disclosed where required by law, or where there is a credible concern for your safety or the safety of others.

Sessions are scheduled in advance. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. No-shows and late cancellations are charged in full.

Single sessions and assessments are paid in advance. Coaching programs may be paid in full or in instalments as agreed at booking. Fees for completed sessions are non-refundable. Unused sessions in a program may be transferred within the program term at my discretion.

I am a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and COR.E Performance Dynamics Specialist (CPDS), not a physician, psychologist, or licensed mental health professional. Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and results, and you should consult a qualified professional for issues outside the scope of coaching.

I collect only the information needed to deliver coaching and run this website: your name, contact details, session notes, payment details processed by trusted providers, and basic analytics from site visits (such as pages viewed and device type).

This information is used to schedule and deliver sessions, respond to your enquiries, process payments, and improve the site. I do not sell or rent your personal data. It is shared only with service providers who help operate the business (for example scheduling, email, and payment processors) or where required by law.

The website uses cookies and similar tools for essential functionality and anonymised analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

You may at any time request to:
